The french violinist Marina Chiche follows an international career as a soloist, chamber musician and recording artist (10 albums).
With notably a Doctorate of Arts, four 1st Prizes from the Paris Conservatoire – CNSMDP (violin, chamber music, analysis and aesthetics), multiple university degrees in literature and musicology, her substantial musical and musicological background, her versatility and her enthusiasm for transmission have led her to develop a unique path as a performer, musicologist, speaker, podcaster, radio host, music educator and writer.
Besides her busy concert schedule, she is sharing her passion for classical music in conferences at Paris Philharmonie, in seminars at Sciences Po and with the widest possible audience on TV & radio media such as France 3 (TV host of Victoires de la musique classique awards 2021 with 1.1 Million viewers) or France Inter (regular on Par Jupiter with 1.3 Million listeners/day).
Her book “Musiciennes de légende” honoring great female musicians in history has just been released in October 2021 (First editions / France Musique) and has already gained great attention in the media (FranceTV info / Canard enchaîné / Le Monde / Causette).
Marina has been selected in 2020 as a Young Leader of the French-American Foundation being the first performing artist chosen in this prestigious program.
